My role: Supervising Producer
To create buzz around BuzzFeed Studio’s latest release on Amazon, I created this TikTok to promote the movie My Fake Boyfriend. As part of an organic marketing strategy, we created a UGC-style video to promote the film in an authentic way on the Tasty’s TikTok. Riffing on the #booktok trend, we came up with a #filmtok concept, in which one of the movie’s actors narrates the TikTok in character, while cooking a recipe that is actually featured in the film.
